INELCOM has extensive experience as an electronic technology equipment supplier, for new product and services developments to facilitate our client’s operations. This experience has gotten our customer’s attention, the actual users of the communication services.

Our Specialized Contact Center started in 2000. At the beginning our services provided basic voice diagnostics. As time passed, we evolved to broadband and added value services, throughout the different market sectors: residential, SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) and Corporations.

In order to develop these services, we have highly skilled and trained resources as well as computer and communications technicians. To deliver these technical assistance services INELCOM has several locations in Spain as well as in Latin America, including specialized technicians in our clients’ sites.
